Dear Mr. Allen:
Thank you very much for your letter of May 1, 1964. The report
that I submitted to the Surgeon General's Advisory Committee, as a con-
sultant, was in response to specific questions. It was regrettably pre-
pared in some haste and I do not have a copy that is suitable for
distribution.
I am working on a better organized version of sane of the
material which was included in the report and hope to have that available
for publication within a few months.
I should be pleased to answer any questions that you might have.
I can assure you that we will be pleased to keep you informed.
