The Plenary Sessions wiil all be held in the Grand Ballroom each

It is vitally Important that speakers report at least 15 minutes
prior to their Session with their slides. There will be a staff member
available to assist the Chairpersons at each Session and a staff
member to handle the slides. Please pick your slides up at the end
of the Session. Unclaimed slides will be taken to the hospitality
suite.
REFRESHMEh9TS:
Thhere wiic be a coffee and tea break each morning during the
Plenary Session. Coffee and tea will be served all day in the
Hospitality Suite (located in the Crystal Room).

break will be from 12:00 to 1:30 eachday: There are several dining -

LADIES PROGRAM:
Tuesday, November 6th 11:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. ~
We would like all of our guests to foin us for luncheon at the
Petroleum Club. Bugeswiltdepart outside the mainentrance under -
the canopy at 1 f:30 a.m. to take you to luncheon. You will be
treated to an lndepth view of Houston after the luncheon which will
enable you to-seeihe-historical beginnings of Houston, the Civic
Center and the Alley Theatre. There will be a leisurely drive
through River Oaks, a beautiful residential area of Houston, where
many of Houston's distinguished residents live in palatial homes
situated on beautifully landscaped grounds. The tour will inciude
the Medical Center and Hermann Park with its award winning
Miller Memorial Theatre and the Fragrant Gardens - planned
especially for the blind.
Wednesday. November 7th 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The morning begins with a tour of the Museum of Fine Arts which
has grown into a repository for the finest examples of world art.
Each yea'-aver a quarter of a million people visit the Museum.
Guests will th$n proceed for luncheon at La Hacienda De Los
Morales where the cuisine is continental. The afternoon will be
spent at the Astrodome, classified as the eighth wonder of the
world. This truly unique structure maintains a constant 72°
temperature the year round and can be converted within a few
hours to accommodate most any type of sports event - from -
basebail to polo to motorcycle races.
Thursday. November 7th 10.00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Guests will visit the Galieria Shopping Center, which contains
more than 200 boutique and speciaNy shops surrounding a year-
round ice skating rink. There are also many fine restaurants, and
the Galleria is also home to major department stores such as
Neiman Marcus. Lord and Taylor, and Saks Fifth P.venue. For
luncheon. a buffet will be served at the Galleria Roof, 28 ftoors up,
with a panoramic view of the Houston skyline. There will be a
fashion show by Isabell Gerhart, at noon, showing the newest in
the fashion world. After luncheon we thought you would enjoy
touring Bayou Bend, former home of Miss Ima Hogg, daughterof a
governor of Texas. This magnificent house is now a part of the
Museum of Fine Arts and houses an extensive collection of 17th,
18th and early 19th century antiques and many fine works of art.
The grounds surrounding the estate are truly lovely.
