Confirming our telephone conversation of December 16, the
members of the TITL Board of Directors concur i~ recommending
that the annual salary of Dr. William L. Steele, Director,
TITL, be increased by $4,000 to $43,000, effective January i,
1981. We appreciate your making the necessary arrangements
to effect this change.
