Abstract

Draft issue brief outlining argument against findings of Kennedy Bill (S. 1088) on cigarette advertising and consumption. Argues that advertising does not influence overall consumption, and that "if advertising were indeed responsible for smoking, it would follow that in countries where tobacco advertising in banned consumption would be low, and where it is allowed, it would be high." Asserts "this is not the case." Document is missing pages.
