At your suggestion, I have prepared the
enclosed rough draft of a letter that ~tight
be sent to the NAB Code Authority.
I am trying to obtain transcripts of
the AHA announcements. The descriptions
in the letter are based on my present recol-
lections from having seen these spots a
number of times.
I will await word from you as to the
next step in this matter. You may wish to
circulate the draft to the other general
counsel in advance of the next meeting.
I have sent a copy of the draft to
Abe Krash and Bill Shinn.
