One supplementary thought about the second
subject discussed on Friday; In formulating any pre-
sentatlon.~ you would probably want to avoid even the
remot6st ~ossibility of the lone dissenter being drawn
into a public discussion of his position before the
Board. I have come around to agreeing that with all
of the doc:umentary background, there must be some
reference to the project; but perhaps it ought not to
be too el~:borate and certainly not pointed toward any
particula--member of the group.
