The procedures that have been adopted by the study
group during the past twelve ~onths are as followss All
relevant scientific literature is examined and classified
on the basis of ira content using a set of rulea adopted
by unanlmoue agreement of the study group. Work which
contains indlcatlona of investigative bias, shows evidence
of an inadequate control or other well-deflned flaws is
rejected. Declsione concerning rejection or acceptance of
a given piece of work are reviewed by the entire group to
be certain that common standards are employed in different
aspects of the work.

Services - organizations which cooperate frequently

order to review the study and hopefully obtain
endorsement as a good reflection of the present orate
of such analysis. +
