X need your help, therefore, in identifying what you see the major issues to be that the ACS can use (o.g., education of children, cost to society, seductive advortislng). Conversely, we need to identify thoso issues that ~sre discussed at th~ for~s on ~hich the Yobacco Industry can ;,mhe a strong case (e.g., price support ~yst~n, dollars spent on resoarch).
