Dear Chuck:
By this I would like to answer the rest of your questions.
I. Attached I send you the papers of all ongoing or terminated but
not publlshed projects done by the VdC or third parties. Projects
2/g0, 6/91, 2/92 and 5/92 are experiments w~th human beings.
Project 2/90 is the one presented in the TV magazine Monitor, it
is terminated. Research work on project 6/91 is terminated as
well. project 2/92 ..was terminated within the WPA-meetln.g we had
after the Magnussen TV-presentatlon. Research in project 5/9~
terminated as well. Walter Fink let me know that Helmut Reif will
be with Steve Parrish in New York PM HQ tomorrow, so possibly he
is at that moment the best person avallable for you for direct
explanation. In case you need more details which Helmut cannot
offer please give Walter or me a telephone-call.
2. Concerning the research being supported by the research-counc11,
this research is all terminated due to the fact that the period of
three years for which the council normally works is offlcially
expired since more than one year. I was told by the VdC that at
this moment there is only the evaluation /interpretation and
pub1|cation of a few number of research open. Attached I send you
a llst of not yet finished councll research, which I got on a
confidential basis therefore I send it to you for your personal
information. In none of these projects human beings are influenced
by ETS. In case you would like to have more information on the
councils research please let me know concerning which year or
which kind of research you need the information so that we can try
to give a more precise survey about this outside-VdC-research.

3. Being back in my office I had the chance to check my WPA files
personally, thereby I found the official VdC-protocols concerning
the sclentlfic committee meetings of March 9, 1989 and March 30,
1990. Therefore please forget thls part of my profs-note of
October 2. Apart from this change in facts concerning protocols I
hereby confirm that the applications No. 2, 3 and 4 were not
discussed with Paul Hendrys neither by Walter Fink nor by me.
