posed; by the changing cigarette A committee from the American
Cancer Sociiety,: American. Heart As=sociation an,d American. Lung
Association. wo,uld be convened, to prepare a, feasibility study,
.~' organiizational plan an,d! funding plan with the objective of
-launching the center prior to= January,: 19:83.
