RE: SPRING LEMON LIGHTS
Enclosed is a draft memo I propose we use in response to your
request for consideration of our public response to inquiries
about our new lemon flavored product. This memo can be converted
into a press release at a later time if appropriate or used
internally as a fact sheet.
New innovations in the cigarette industry frequently occasion
attacks by industry critics often without regard to or even
investigation of the facts. It is possible in this vein that
question or criticism will be raised about Lorillard's new Lemon
Lights.
