RECORDS MANA GEMENT PROGRAMME Status of all Operating Companies and Export Offices - Europe The attached tables show the status of the Records Management Programme for Europe as at early March 1998. This updates previous reports produced in December 1997, The listing of companies and offices is taken from the OpCo Directory database on Lotus Notes. Worldwide Summary OpCos (excluding areas offices) Of 70 OpCos: 19 (27%) have OK (or probably OK) status; 4 (6%) have recently started the Programme; 12 (17%) have relaunches in progress; 10 (14%) will be starting shortly: 15 (21%) have not yet started and 10 (14%) have unknown status or the Programme ~s known to be out of use Area Offices (including RBU office) Of the 7 offices in this category: 6 have not yet started the Programme (and are likely to be given an "office" package); 2 are starting soon and 1 is OK. • Export Offices Of the 43 export offices: 7 (16%) have recently started the Programme and 1 will be starting soon. The others are awaiting the "office" package. • Others (as defined by Lotus Notes OpCo database) Of the 5 companies in this category: 1 has recently started the Programme, 2 have not yet started and for 2 the status is unknown.
