We wish to take a pro-active ~pproach as far as possible, by commmtcs~lng our preEerences, problems and issues of concern to BATCo before they provide detailed guidelines to uS and other operating Companies. In this way ve hope that they will take our views into ~ccount when formulating the guidelines. It has already been decided that we shall endeavour to introduce other planned pack changes at the same rime as this new Health Clause rt~tu~re~ent.
