I discussed the use of the protective phrase
regarding resemblance to living persons ill
the BUddy Clsak show. He pointed out the
danger of our having listeners believing
that the auctioneer was not a living person.
He discussed it ~th Mr.Stone and other as-
sociates and they decided that it would not
be necessary to include this phrase in future
programs.
