Nevada AG Says Settlement Money Must Be Spent On Public Health
Nevada Attorney General Frankie Sue Del Papa said that Gov. Guinn's plan to use part of the state's tobacco settlement money on scholarships for students may not be legal. She said that terms of the settlement require that the money be spent entirely on public health.
